Nadia has recently joined Augmentia Health as a provisional psychologist and has practiced at Lifeline as a face to face Counsellor for the past two years. Dealing with at-risk population and through a crisis support background, Nadia has extensive experience with adolescents and adults dealing with depression and anxiety. Passionate about reframing thought patterns through Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Positive Psychology and Mindfulness, Nadia also has an innate interest in Self Compassion and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. 

Nadia is also a busy Mum to a very active boy and has recently started seeing children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorders, Intellectual Difficulties and Attention and Behavioural Difficulties. 

Nadia maintains a healthy work-life balance through her journeys outdoors in nature, bush-walking and paddle boarding.
