Mitchell has been practicing as a psychologist since 2017 and works with adults, adolescents, children and families across a range of presentations, including anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, ASD and ODD. Mitch utilises a range of therapy and intervention approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Skills Training, Family Systems Theory and Play-Based Therapy.
Mitch understands the importance of self-care when supporting others and likes to maintain a good balance between keeping physically active and exercising his brain, through interests such as tennis and song writing.
