ALANNAH WELCH

Tuggerah Client Liaison Officer

Alannah’s role is to provide supportive and efficient customer care, such as helping clients book in and organise appointments, answer enquires and process payments. She finds satisfaction in providing quality customer service to customers. 

She’s been a nanny for a family for 4yrs where she looked after an 18 months old and later for a newborn as an addition to the family, she was also present during the home birth of the newborn. Alannah entered an administrative role for a Building Inspection company that was family run for 3yrs, she has since then moved over to Augmentia Health to expand her skills and career through administration/ reception. 

Alannah has grown up mostly on the Central Coast living in Tumbi on her family’s acreage. With only a 2 min drive to her little favourite beach Spoon Bay where she loves to swim and collect a flower for her hair along the pathway, if she could be anywhere in the world it would be Hawaii. 

Alannah finds it a joy to be able to help people and be surrounded by a supportive and warm team here at Augmentia.
