ANTONY GRAY

Antony has been practicing as a provisionally registered Psychologist working since 2019. He works with a broad range of clinical presentations across culture and the lifespan. Antony is very passionate about treating clients with interpersonal or relational issues, anxiety disorders and depression. He is also passionate about working with clients with trauma related backgrounds and seeks to specialise in this area. He also works extensively in suicide crisis supportive services.

Antony is a family-oriented man who seeks to balance his work and life commitments. He can often be found meditating on the rocks at Terrigal or Umina to recharge. He is also a self-confessed lover of all things musical and spends just as much time chilling to his broad range of music to look after himself. 

Availability

Wednesdays: 9.30am to 5.30pm.
Thursdays: 9.30am to 5.30pm.

Modalities/Presentations

Antony is passionate about helping enable sustained change for themselves. To achieve this, Antony is certified in the following modalities to assist clients: CBT, ACT, Trauma informed therapy. He is also working towards refining his DBT skills to be used in future individual and group settings.
